Role Overview

The Membership Program Manager is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, growth, and evaluation of Rehla’s Membership Program. You will build systems, manage engagement structures, track performance, oversee partnerships, and ensure the program becomes a sustainable pillar of Rehla’s long-term growth.

Who We Are

Rehla for Sustainable Development is building structured, scalable civic programs that develop leadership, institutional identity, and long-term community impact in Libya. Our Membership Program is not a social club. It is a leadership ecosystem designed to transform engagement into structured growth, accountability, and institutional value. We are now hiring a Membership Program Manager to build, manage, and scale this system.

Role Overview

The Membership Program Manager is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, growth, and evaluation of Rehla’s Membership Program. You will build systems, manage engagement structures, track performance, oversee partnerships, and ensure the program becomes a sustainable pillar of Rehla’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Rehla’s Membership Program:

  • Manage and grow the structured Membership ecosystem
  • Design and refine the Membership Program operational model
  • Increasing member retention, recruitment and progression
  • Developing and managing strategic partnerships
  • Track engagement metrics and produce monthly performance reports
  • Standardize session structures and engagement formats
  • Ensure alignment with Rehla’s mission and institutional identity

Be the Difference program:

  • Lead the strategic development and evolution of the Be the Difference Program
  • Executing and scaling the monthly program
  • Develop audience growth strategy Ensure content reflects Rehla’s values and institutional identity.
  • Develop and implement a structured thematic framework
  • Strengthen audience engagement and participation
  • Ensure content quality and consistency
Expected Profile
  • Has 2–4 years of experience in project management, community programs, or event coordination
  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Thinks in systems and structured planning
  • Can manage multiple moving parts without losing clarity
  • Is comfortable tracking performance metrics and reporting
  • Communicates confidently with speakers, partners, and members
  • Understands strategic partnerships
