Companions of Rehla is a volunteer education and training journey that equips Libyan youth with the skills, values, and experiences to become true community leaders. From day one, participants step into civic engagement and experience the non-profit role at the heart of society.

Through a three-month training & field program, participants receive structured workshops in civic engagement and project management while working side by side with our team on real community projects. Their role evolves from support to initiative—from following to leading.
